Although money remained an important aspect of everything he did, his interests shifted toward Technology initiatives. This immediately became an area in which he excelled. He had turned his firm into a flourishing startup generating over $330k per year before leaving Morgan Stanley, and he had helped partners' businesses expand by more than 30%.

After two years of launching his IT project management firm, he has demonstrated an even greater earning potential.

Making a move to IT Project Management:

Transitioning from financial services to IT project management was an easy transition. Still, all of the tips and tactics Alex Raymond Michigan had learnt at Morgan Stanley during the previous ten years were now relevant in his new capacity. He works as a project manager and a Scrum Master and has advanced swiftly in IT due to his extensive knowledge.

Connecting the Dots:

Raymond was able to continue learning and acquire the information and experience he required to keep moving ahead during his years as a financial adviser centred on project management approaches. Each year of experience has enabled him to continue to explore and learn by working in various industries. This has enabled him to become extremely handy in terms of managing several projects and processes at once. He can now be more efficient in both sectors and establish stronger, more coherent networks by bringing them together.

Over his career, he has created a reputation in various fields, including IT security and governance. He has managed agile teams and has assisted them in reaching their full potential. He has been a part of various organizational changes, assisting in bringing together groups that could successfully discover answers and work together to achieve whatever goal was in the works.
