Alex Raymond Michigan

Alex Raymond Michigan's career path shifted from finance to IT project management as his interests broadened. Although finance remained an integral part of his work, he found himself drawn towards IT projects, which soon became an area where he could excel. Before leaving Morgan Stanley, he had built a thriving entrepreneurship that grossed around $330k per year and helped grow the businesses of his partners by over 30%.

His transition from financial services to IT project management was smooth, and he could apply the tips and techniques he learned over his ten years at Morgan Stanley to his new role. Within two years of opening his IT project management operation, he secured major contracts with Navy Federal and Driscoll's. He received project management consulting offers from CVS, Ameriprise, and Key Bank. Raymond is a project manager and Scrum Master, advancing quickly in IT due to his many years of experience.

Over the years, Raymond's expertise has extended to IT security and governance, and he has managed agile teams and assisted in several organizational transformations. He can manage multiple tasks and operations simultaneously and has built a strong network that brings together groups to find solutions and achieve their goals effectively.

Despite his success, Raymond remains grounded and gives back to his community in various ways. He has donated to his high school and St. Jude's Children's Hospital annually for the last ten years and volunteers with the Children's Inn at the NIH and local food banks. Additionally, he works pro-bono for many small business owners, helping them develop the right business strategies, and offers free financial planning seminars for community members.

Raymond has succeeded through his hard work and dedication and hopes to help others achieve the same. Whether at work or in his spare time, he takes pride in positively impacting his community.
